Warranty Policy

1. Mattress Limited Warranty

Magniflex provides a limited ten (10) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for eligible mattresses, beginning on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Excluding the fabric cover and handles, this warranty covers visible indentations greater than one and one-quarter inches (1¼") on one side of the mattress. If identical materials are no longer available for repair or replacement, Magniflex may use materials of comparable quality or function.

To maintain warranty coverage, the mattress must be used on a firm, non-spring foundation, such as a slatted or grid-top bed base, a Magniflex foundation, or another support system that meets Magniflex's recommended specifications and provides adequate center support and ventilation. Damage resulting from improper support systems is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty is separate from and does not extend any applicable return, exchange, or satisfaction program offered by Magniflex. Eligibility for returns, exchanges, or satisfaction programs is governed exclusively by the applicable Return Policy.

2. What the Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
• Products that are unsanitary, damp, burned, cut, stained, or soiled.
• Products used without an appropriate foundation or adequate center support.
• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, or handling inconsistent with the product instructions.
• Damage to the outer fabric cover, including normal wear.
• Products used for commercial, institutional, hospitality, or rental purposes, unless specifically designed and sold for such use.
• Products stored improperly or not used in their intended orientation.
• Damage caused by excessive heat, moisture, humidity, flooding, or other unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Cosmetic changes, including discoloration, that do not affect product performance.
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties.
• Product failure caused by factors other than defects in materials or workmanship.

3. Additional Mattress Exclusions

This Limited Warranty also does not cover:

• Body impressions that naturally occur as upholstery materials conform to the sleeper's body.
• A normal increase in foam softness that does not materially affect the pressure-relieving performance of the mattress.
• A reduction in thickness or volume of up to two (2) inches in mattresses quilted with natural fibers resulting from normal compression or vacuum packaging.
• Handles, if present, which are designed solely for positioning the mattress and not for supporting its full weight.
• Indentations measuring less than one and one-quarter inches (1¼").
• Personal comfort preferences.
• Shipping, transportation, inspection, or handling costs that may be associated with a warranty claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers.
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase.
• Pillows or other accessories not specifically covered under this mattress warranty.

4. Pillow Limited Warranty

Magniflex Canada provides a limited three (3) year warranty on eligible pillows. During the warranty period, and at Magniflex's discretion, an eligible pillow may be repaired or replaced if found to contain a covered manufacturing defect.

Shipping or handling charges, where applicable, may be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Covered

• Physical defects in the pillow core causing the foam to split or crack under normal use.
• Deterioration of the foam structure preventing the pillow from returning substantially to its original shape.

Not Covered

• Normal softening of the foam that does not materially affect performance.
• Damage or defects affecting only the removable pillow cover.
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact the authorized retailer where the product was purchased. If the retailer is no longer available, contact Magniflex directly:

A valid proof of purchase must include the purchase date, retailer name, and purchase price.

Before approving any repair or replacement, Magniflex or its authorized representative may inspect the product.

6. Your Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits, excludes, or modifies any legal rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable provincial or federal consumer protection laws.
